Advice from Ninth Graders to Sixth Graders
Sixth graders...
Don't believe everything you hear about middle school; it's not terrible.
Pay attention, don't goof off and you're golden.
Respect 8th graders
Don't stretch yourself too thin
Work hard and don't be afraid to ask for help
Take notes in history
Enjoy sixth grade; it only gets harder
Hone your time management skills
Always do your homework and study for tests
Keep your stuff organized
Leave plenty of time for homework, then work on long term projects. Don't put them off!
Be open to making new friends
If your school or teachers have any subscription services online, use them.
Don't let yourself get behind because it is really hard to catch up.
