Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Workshops and Summer Coaching

All cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to the workshop or the first coaching session. With this notice, cancellations will be refundable minus a $45.00 service fee. Cancellations in writing within 21-30 days will be refunded half the paid fee. There will be no refunds less than 21 days prior to the workshop or coaching session.

Student Organizational Services ("SOS") reserves the right to cancel workshops and other events due to insufficient enrollment or a complication beyond our control. (A full refund will given automatically).

SOS also reserves the right to change dates and times published, or to consolidate classes. Full refunds are available on request in these circumstances.

Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy

24-hours notice must be given to reschedule appointments. Except in emergencies (health, etc.), appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the regular rate.  Missed appointments will also be billed at the regular rate.
